My mom and I are in the process of moving from Southern California to Idaho. We're following my sister and her husband who moved up beginning of 2020. Aiming to get the house on the market in May after finishing up some minor renovations. Very excited to get a fresh start someplace new.

Ah, I never really bothered with Instagram. Anything owned by facebook leaves a bad taste in my mouth (although a lot of sites are no better). And as I understand it, my content might be a bit limited there anyways.
Coincidentally, I'm moving very soon as well, although it's only 2 towns over. Technically owning my own place for the first time. I hope your move goes as smooth as possible.
